Executive Director
The ZCRP Executive Director leads Zeteo Community’s operations and strategic planning. This role oversees residential support, fundraising, marketing, community outreach, and communication with the Board of Directors. The Executive Director directly supervises the Residential Support Coordinator and House Parents and leads required staff meetings.
Residential Support Coordinator
The ZCRP Residential Support Coordinator develops and oversees the support provided within the homes. This role works with Direct Care Staff and residential volunteers to maintain a safe, supportive environment and help each resident participate in daily life within the community.
Admissions Coordinator
The ZCRP Admissions Coordinator is the first point of contact for people seeking residential support. This role receives and screens referrals by phone, communicates with prospective residents, families when applicable, courts, probation officers, and other service providers, and schedules and accompanies residents to appointments and other obligations.
The Admissions Coordinator manages intake screening and confirms that admission requirements are met. In collaboration with the Case Manager, this role also helps ensure that residents’ educational, medical, emotional, and social needs are addressed.
Case Manager
The ZCRP Case Manager works with each resident to develop an individualized, trauma-informed support plan based on their goals and strengths. Through weekly case management meetings, the Case Manager encourages residents and helps coordinate care for their educational, medical, emotional, and social needs, as well as the needs of their children.
The Case Manager collaborates with the Admissions Coordinator, Residential Support Coordinator, House Parents, and Direct Care Coaches to coordinate social services and other support each resident needs.
House Parents
ZCRP House Parents help build a healthy, safe community within each home as they share daily life with residents.
House Parents are central to the trauma-informed care model. They provide consistent structure, individualized care, and a welcoming home environment.
Direct Care Coaches
ZCRP Direct Care Coaches work alongside other Direct Care Staff to support residents as they learn life and employment skills and develop healthy routines. They provide daily care, guidance, and supervision.
Volunteers
ZCRP Volunteers support residents and the homes in ways that fit their strengths, backgrounds, and availability. Each volunteer completes a background check and training and participates in regular supervision meetings with the Residential Support Coordinator.
