Executive Director

The ZCRP Executive Director is the key management leader of Zeteo Community. The Executive Director is responsible for the administration, strategic plan, and programs of the organization. Other key aspects of this role include fundraising, marketing, community outreach, and communication. This encompasses communication not only with the community, but also the Board of Directors.

The Executive Director is also responsible for the direct supervision of both the Program Coordinator and the House Parents, as well as leading required Staff Meetings.

Program Coordinator

The ZCRP Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing the residential program as well as providing program supervision. The Program Coordinator will work with all Direct Care Staff, as well as all Residential Program Volunteers to ensure the safety and quality of the residential program and the overall participation of each resident.

Admissions Coordinator

The ZCRP Admissions Coordinator is the first point of contact for potential program participants. The Admissions Coordinator receives and screens program referrals by phone, maintains feedback and ongoing communications with participants, family (if applicable), court, probation, and other service providers, and schedules and accompanies participants to appointments and other obligations.

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for intake screening processes and ensuring that the admissions requirements are fulfilled for all new intakes and residents. This position also requires ongoing oversight, collaborating with Case Manager to ensure all educational, medical, emotional, and social needs of the participants are met.

Case Manager

The ZCRP Case Manager will be responsible for developing individualized, trauma-informed programming plans for each participant based on participants’ unique goals and strengths. The Case Manager will ensure that the educational, medical, emotional, and social needs of each participant and their children are met. This will be done in cooperation with each participant, empowering and encouraging participants through weekly case management meetings.

The Case Manager will also collaborate with Admissions Coordinator, Program Coordinator, House Parents, and Direct Care Coaches so as to provide and/or coordinate all social service needs and programming requirements.

House Parents

The role of ZCRP House Parents is to help build and facilitate a healthy and safe community within each home, as they do life together with each participant on a daily basis.

The House Parents are an important aspect of our trauma-informed care model, as they are instrumental in creating a consistent structure, individualized care, and a welcoming environment within the home.

Direct Care Coaches

The ZCRP Direct Care Coaches assist the other Direct Care Staff in providing oversight and supervision of the participants as they work to learn life skills, employment skills, and develop a healthy lifestyle.

The Direct Care Coaches are responsible for the daily care, support, and supervision of program participants.

Volunteers

The ZCRP Volunteers will hold a variety of program responsibilities, depending on their strengths, backgrounds, and availability.

Each Volunteer will undergo a background check, training, and regular supervision meetings with the Program Coordinator.
