Marlene Sorenson
Marlene Sorenson is a woman of faith who has served in many aspects of ministry for more than 30 years in Madison, Wisconsin, including seven years on the pastoral staff of Mad City Church, discipleship mentoring, and international missions. Marlene loves journeying alongside her husband, Kenton, spending time with her children and their spouses, and being Nana to her three amazing granddaughters.
In 2016, Marlene was entrusted by God with the vision of building transitional housing to bring healing and freedom to survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and their children. Since then, Marlene and a growing team have explored best practices and built a model of trauma-informed, strength-based programming that will be ready to launch with the completion of the first home.
Kenton Sorenson
After working for more than 40 years in the creative industry, Kenton joined forces with his wife, Marlene, working toward providing a place to heal and thrive for women who have been sexually exploited. Kenton serves as president and spiritual advisor of Zeteo Community and loves to share with others the transformational truth of the love of God.
He also loves being a husband to Marlene, as well as father and grandfather to their kids and grandkids. He would love to see Zeteo Community be an encouragement to others to take bold steps and see the faithfulness of God.
