Walk with Us – Session 2

Session 2 Devotional: Walking Along Still Waters

Psalm 23:2b“He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul.”

Still waters don’t happen by accident. They are chosen by a Shepherd who knows exactly what His sheep need.

After trauma, the body and soul need time to rest, regulate, and remember what safety feels like. At Zeteo, our goal is not to “fix” survivors—it’s to offer a space where they can breathe again. Still waters. Gentle rhythms. No demands. Just safety and love. We build calm into the structure of our days: regular meals, clean spaces, trained staff, and spiritual care. This is where the soul begins to return.

In Session 2, we pause. We lean into the stillness. And we trust the Shepherd who leads us there.

Prayer: Jesus, thank You for still waters. Help me slow down enough to receive Your peace—and to help create peace for someone else.

Monthly Walking Point

Psalm 23:2b – “He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul.”

 Weekly Scripture Reading Plan

Week 1: Psalm 46:1–11
“Be still, and know that I am God.”

Where is God inviting you to slow down?

Week 2: Matthew 11:28–30
“Come to me… and I will give you rest.”

What burden are you carrying? What would it mean to lay it down?

Week 3: Ezekiel 34:11–16
God promises to seek the lost and bring rest to the weary.

How does God’s heart for the vulnerable shape your own?

Week 4: Mark 6:30–32
Jesus tells the disciples to “come away… and rest awhile.”

Consider what spiritual rest might look like in your life this week.

Walk With Us is a monthly giving campaign rooted in Psalm 23—a call to companionship, not urgency. When you become a monthly donor, you don’t just give. You journey. You show up month after month as a quiet but powerful presence in someone’s valley, beside their still waters, and toward a place of welcome.

Will you walk with us?
